Welcome to PuppyFocus. PuppyFocus is an iOS focus timer app that offers focus sessions, break timers, white noise, focus statistics, a virtual puppy companion, in-app decorative items, and optional Pro features. By downloading, accessing, or using PuppyFocus, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. App Purpose

PuppyFocus is designed for personal productivity, time management, and motivational focus support. It is not a medical, mental health, therapy, educational, or employment service, and it does not guarantee any particular focus result, performance outcome, or personal improvement.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use PuppyFocus only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. If you are under the age required to form a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use the app only with a parent or legal guardian's permission and supervision.

• You may use PuppyFocus only for personal, lawful purposes.
• You may not interfere with the app's normal operation or security.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law permits it.
• You may not misuse Apple billing, trial eligibility, restore purchases, or Screen Time related features.

3. App Features and Device Permissions

Some PuppyFocus features rely on Apple system capabilities and user permissions, including notifications, Live Activities, Screen Time, and FamilyControls. If you decline or revoke a required permission, related features may be unavailable or may not function as intended.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Purchases

PuppyFocus may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions, as well as a lifetime one-time purchase. Eligible users may be offered a 7-day free trial with the annual plan. Pricing, local currency, billing terms, and trial eligibility are shown by Apple on the App Store purchase sheet at the time of purchase.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where permitted by Apple.
• Restore Purchases works through Apple's purchase system and depends on your Apple Account purchase history.

5. Virtual Items and In-App Content

PuppyFocus may include virtual currencies, decorative items, and other in-app content such as Kibble, Bone, room items, and feature-based access. These items are licensed for in-app use only. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, cannot be transferred outside the app, and may not be resold.

6. Data and Support

PuppyFocus currently stores most app data locally on your device. If you contact us by email or through the website contact form for support, we may use the information you send to respond to your request. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how data and permissions are handled.

7. Intellectual Property

The PuppyFocus app, including its software, text, graphics, animations, icons, audio, layout, trademarks, and branding, is owned by the developer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

8. License Scope

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PuppyFocus on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license does not allow you to distribute, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit the app.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PuppyFocus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device configuration, iOS version, or Apple service state.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuppyFocus and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, productivity, revenue, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the app.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to PuppyFocus if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, attempt fraud, or create risk for the app, other users, Apple systems, or our legal compliance obligations.

12. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are concluded between you and the PuppyFocus developer, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for PuppyFocus. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you after your acceptance.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or platform rules. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page. Your continued use of PuppyFocus after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
